Rooted in a rich lineage of designers, architects, and engineers, ZA Interiors is led by the mother-daughter duo Zora and Ada—a partnership that marries experience with fresh perspective, and tradition with thoughtful innovation. Together, they craft interiors and spaces that feel both elevated and intimately personal.

Zora, a formally trained architect, brings over three decades of expertise in residential and commercial design. Her work has shaped homes and spaces across Chicago’s North Shore and signature neighborhoods like Lincoln Park, the Gold Coast, and the West Loop. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and architectural sensitivity, she approaches every project as a timeless investment in beauty and function.

Ada’s path into design was shaped by her academic foundation in Economics and Environmental Studies, and later honed through immersive experience at renowned offices like Gensler NY, AvroKO/Brand Bureau, and RVK Architects. A graduate of Pratt Institute’s Interior Design/Architecture program, Ada brings a strategic, sustainability-forward lens and a sharp eye for layered, contemporary storytelling.

Together, they collaborate with clients to design spaces that are as intentional as they are inspiring—where form meets feeling, and legacy meets modernity.
